Beer cocktails didn't appeal to me until I tried this incredible drink taken from Death & Co's cocktail recipe book. The fruity notes of the IPA beer fit perfectly with the bright notes of the fresh pineapple juice. If you want to try a beer cocktail this is the one. 


- 2 oz / 60 ml Tanqueray no. 10
- 0.75 oz / 22 ml velvet falernum
- 1 oz  / 30 ml fresh pineapple juice 
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml lemon juice
- Fruity IPA beer to top
- 1 mint sprig


Shake all the liquids but the IPA with 3 ice cubes and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with the fruity IPA and garnish with the mint sprig.
