My favourite pre-dinner drink will always be the negroni but this lighter more citrus forward twist will not let you down!
Sorrentino cocktail recipe


- 1 oz / 30 ml Limoncello
- 1 oz / 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 0.75 oz / 22 ml Campari
- Soda water to top
- Orange slice
- Thyme


Shake the limoncello, the sweet vermouth and the Campari with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and some thyme.
