If like me you happen to like spicy margaritas, give this a try! An alternative way of doing this drink is to infuse some tequila with jalapeños rather than muddling them into the drink. I didn't have time to do this but will give it a shot.
Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita cocktail recipe


- 2 oz / 60 ml tequila
- 1 oz / 30 ml triple sec
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml lime juice
- 6 oz / 180 ml pineapple juice
- 1 Jalapeño
- Salt


Rim a rocks glass with salt and set it aside. Slice up half jalapeño and muddle it in a shaker tin with the tequila. Add all other liquids together with ice and shake. Double strain in the rocks glass over ice and garnish with a jalapeño slice.
