Bumped into this drink on Instagram and given my love for Boulevardiers I had to give it a go. Was not dissapointed!
PEN PAL COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

- 1.5oz / 45ml rye whisky
- 0.75oz / 22ml dry vermouth
- 0.75oz / 22ml orange Italian bitter
- Orange peel

Method:

Stir all the liquids in a stirring glass with ice until chilled. Strain into a vintage coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel after expressing the oils on the drink and around the rim of the glass.
