This is a delicious tiki I highly recommend you to try. I first stumbled up on it on my buddy's @distinguishedspirits youtube channel. I just added some fire for additional drama: it kind of always works with tikis! The scent of burnt cinnamon is fantastic and pairs perfectly with rum, which is the base spirit for the vast majority of tiki drinks.
CHIEF LAPU LAPU TIKI COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

- 1.5 oz / 45 ml light rum
- 1.5 oz / 45 ml dark Jamaican rum
- 1 oz / 30 ml passionfruit syrup
- 1 oz / 30 ml simple syrup
- 2 oz / 60 ml lemon juice
- 3 oz / 90 ml orange juice
- Half a lemon
- Lemon extract or overproof rum
- Cinnamon sticks
- Cinnamon powder

METHOD:

Pour all liquids in a shaker with crushed ice and shake briefly until chilled. Then pour the drink in a tiki mug and top up with crushed ice. Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks.  Fill half of a hollowed lemon with some lemon extract or over proof rum (as a last resort really, you don't want to waste this!) and position it on top of the ice on the drink. Light up the liquid inside the lemon and throw some cinnamon powder on the flame to release a delicious scent and add some theater to the drink experience.
